To secure one of our rooms you will need to pay a £350.00 booking fee. The £350 will be converted to your room deposit once you move in and is refundable after your contract ends if there is no damage caused by you to the property. Your rent can be paid in three instalments.

If you cancel within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period a £50 administration fee will be applied and taken from the booking fee.
