Fees

At Yara Students we want to be sure that you have confidence and clarity about our charges and fees. Please note:

  • Security Deposit amount: £350.Refundable upon moving out.
  • If your booking is cancelled after 7 days, your deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you lose your door fob or post box key there is a replacement charge of £10 for each.

We only allow rent to be paid in instalments if you have a UK-based guarantor. For more information, please contact info@yarastudents.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Yara Students (Yara Capital Limited) hold Redress Scheme Membership with The Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
