At Yara Students, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about charges relating to your accommodation.
- Tenancy deposit: £350. This is refundable at the end of your tenancy, subject to any lawful deductions in accordance with your tenancy agreement.
- Holding deposit (if applicable): If a holding deposit is taken to reserve a room, it will not exceed one week’s rent and will be dealt with in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
- Replacement key / fob charge: If you lose your door fob or post box key, a replacement charge of £10 per item may apply. This reflects the reasonable cost of replacement.
