To reserve a room, a tenancy deposit of £350 is payable before the start of the tenancy. This deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to any lawful deductions in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
Eligible residents may have the option to pay rent in instalments, subject to status and eligibility criteria, including guarantor requirements where applicable.
